No Graphs, No Examples, and No Derivations

Small Font that is difficult to read.
No Graphs.
Many formulas are buried in Long Paragraphs, and can be easily missed.
No Derivations. A Survey of results. But not too organized.
No numerical Examples. No examples at all.
The long paragraphs are defocusing.
Very difficult reading.
If you are seeking an answer, it will not be in this book.
